    2. Fill out the Personal Details and Your address Details forms. All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
    3. Create your Password.
    4. Enter the security question and then click ‘Create my account’.
  2. Why should I create an account?
    1. Checkout faster using saved addresses.
    2. Receive and send email messages to OasisPPD e-store about your order.
    3. View the status of every order you’ve placed at OasisPPD e-store.
    4. Add, edit and remove shipping and billing addresses from your address book.
    5. Add, edit and remove items in your wish list.
    6. Update your account details.
  3. I forgot my password can you help me?
    1. Click ‘Login’ on the top right of the website header.
    2. Click ‘Forgot Password?’
    3. Enter the email address associated with your account and click ‘Continue’
    4. You will then receive an email to reset your password. Enter your new password and click ‘Continue’.

  4. How to search for a product?
    1. Type the name of the product/brand that you want to search in search box.
    2. Select from the drop-down list and you will get the desired search result.
  5. What products are available to buy online?

    OasisPPD e-store contains a wide range of products from some of the world’s most trusted brands. Whether it is Pro-lighting, Pro-audio, Pro-video, Broadcast or ELV products you require, our extensive catalogue can help fulfill all of your needs.

  6. Orders:
    How do I place an order online?
    1. Find the products you want on the website and press ‘Add To Cart’
    2. You will then get the option to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. To complete the order press ‘Checkout’.
    3. Enter your billing and shipping details or select an existing address if you have any saved.
    4. Once you choose destination, Shipping charges will be calculated and click continue.
    5. If you wish to include any comments please write them in the delivery instructions and press continue.
    6. Tick to say you agree to our terms and conditions and then press continue and review your order summary and press confirm order.
    7. You will then be taken to our secured payment gateway page which is powered by "ccavenue”. Please select your payment method and enter your card details before finally clicking ‘Make Payment’.
  7. How do I see my order status?

    You will be notified at the time your “order delivery status” is updated. You can also check your order status by logging into your account and go to ‘View your order history’.

  8. Can I cancel a sales order?

  9. How do I amend an order?

    If you wish to amend an order that hasn’t already been dispatched please email estore@oasisppd.com as soon as possible.

    If your order has already been dispatched and you need to add another item you will need to place another order with us.

    Are my card details and personal information safe?

    OasisPPD e-store use CCAvenue to handle all payments. CCAvenue recognise that security is one of the major concerns for the shopper during an online transaction. So we use state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected against online fraud. CCAvenue ensure that your online purchase details are encrypted using complex logarithm methods.     We accept MasterCard and VisaCard issued in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman .

    Please check that you have entered all details correctly and that you have selected the correct card type.

  14. How do I get a copy of my invoice?

    If you wish to get an invoice you can view and print one from the ‘Completed Orders’ section of your OasisPPD e-store account.

  15. Shipping & Delivery:
    Where do you ship to?

    We currently only ship to five countries in GCC - UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait & Oman.

  16. Can I track my order?

    You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing tracking details.

  17. What are the shipping costs when shopping online?

    All our shipping prices are calculated at the checkout stage and are dependent on the orders total weight and delivery address.

  18. How long does delivery take?

    Delivery within 4 week(s) from the date of receiving the order confirmation and payment. However, an estimated delivery schedule shall be notified by email.
